Washington County Asthma Initiative”

Asthma action plans are an important part of ongoing asthma control. Please keep a current asthma action plan, completed by your health care provider, with you. If you do not have an asthma action plan, please click on the following examples, choose one that you like, print it and ask your health care provider to complete it for you.
